Description (partial)

Symptom:
On a Nexus 7000 series switch you might see the following syslog message on the HSRP active:

 %ARP-4-OWN_SRCMAC:  arp [6640]  Received packet with a local source MAC address (0000.0c9f.f001) from 172.16.3.1 on Vlan3000

This is due to a attempting to complete ARP from the HSRP standby.

Conditions:
1)  HSRP configuration with off-subnet secondary addresses
2)  Glean packet received on the HSRP secondary
