Description (partial)

Jabber SIP OAuth registration over MRA fails when cucm is discovered by Expressway with the IP address. The SIP registration for a SIP OAuth enabled device goes via the CETLS Zone instead of CEOAuth. This results in failed phone services for Jabber.

-CUCM, Expressway is enabled for OAuth with refresh
-CUCM is enabled for SIPOAuth
-Enable OAuth Authentication is checked in the associated phone security profile
-CUCM is in mixed (secure) mode
-CUCM server definition (System > Server) is setup using IP address
