Cisco Bug: CSCvu30089 - DOC - CUCM docs need to state that expressway C needs to be resolvable for OATH to work

Description (partial)

Symptom:
SIP OAuth lines fail to register if CUCM cannot resolve Exp-C hostname.

This is relate to CSCvu01974 which is filed to update the documentation on the expressway side of things

Conditions:
Expressway C connects to CUCM via AXL and adds itself to the CUCM database (check "Further Problem Description" section of this bug for more information).

CUCM will attempt to do a DNS lookup when that entry is made (or updated). If the DNS lookup fails, CUCM will still add the expressway C to the CUCM database; however, secure devices fail to register over MRA.

This is what a failed DNS lookup shows in the CallManager traces when the expressway C is added to the CUCM database:

***SIPHandler sends a DNS query here to resolve the hostname, but neither is a matching SRV record nor there is no hostname getting resolved.
