Description (partial)

Symptom:
After reloading, clean reloading, or upgrading, a remote leaf node, the remote leaf node L3Outs no longer advertise host routes.

Conditions:
-Configure remote L3Out(s) on a remote leaf node.
-Configure bridge domains on that remote leaf node to advertise host routes.

At this point, any event that triggers a leaf node reload will result in the host routes no longer being advertised.
