Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traffic:
EIGMP traffic is running with 24000 MFIB entries (6 sub interfaces, each with 2000 groups). 
Total connections: 1.2M with no new connections at the time of issue; CPU : 24%;  Memory : 37% used

Steps Followed:
1.	Cleared config in Node2(slave) and again enabled cluster. Configuration replication was in progress in Node2, during which master node(Node3) was rebooted using cli. Node1 became master and also replication completed in Node2.
2.	Now made node2 as master after which Node1(previous master) crashed and rebooted

Conditions:
Cisco ASA running image 9.12.3.102 and FXOS 2.6.1.198 in a 3 node cluster configuration.  EIGMP traffic is running with 24,000 MFIB entries (6 sub interfaces, each with 2000 groups). 
Total connections: 1.2M with no new connections at the time of issue; CPU : 24%;  Memory : 37% used
