Description (partial)

When the enterprise interface of the Cisco DNA Center appliance is down, in Inventory, that interface remains in reachable status and does not become unreachable.  It didn't change until the periodic resync was scheduled to happen, and failed.

This was observed in Cisco DNA Center version (with internal services network-poller-service version, and apic-em-inventory-manager-service version, and a WLC device was in Inventory.
