Symptom: When the enterprise interface of the Cisco DNA Center appliance is down, in Inventory, that interface remains in reachable status and does not become unreachable. It didn't change until the periodic resync was scheduled to happen, and failed. Conditions: This was observed in Cisco DNA Center version 184.108.40.206 (with internal services network-poller-service version 220.127.116.11025, and apic-em-inventory-manager-service version 18.104.22.168025), and a WLC device was in Inventory.
