Description (partial)

Symptom:
FIA/NPU driver reports DRAM related interrupts continuously. As a result of this control sessions may flap.

Below syslogs may be seen:

LC/0/0/CPU0:Apr 27 22:58:28 CEST: fia_driver[315]: %PLATFORM-CIH-3-ASIC_ERROR_SPECIAL_HANDLE_THRESH : fia[0]: A mbe error has occurred causing  halt. CMIC.CMIC_CMC0_IRQ_STAT3.IDR.Interrupt_Register.MmuEcc_2bErrInt  Threshold has been exceeded
