Description (partial)

Symptom:
The layer 7 translation are not working correctly. It is translating the SIP traffic's IP address and the Port number correctly in L7 but adding an additional space, which is causing packet corruption.

Conditions:
running code 16.12.3 on ASR1001-X for SIP traffic and performing NAT-ALG functionality
