Symptom:
Customer has requested the feature of idivert on jabber. In order to achieve below:

Following are the steps:

1.       Caller call to Jabber.

2.       Jabber user answers the call.

3.       After finishing the conversation Jabber user has to hit the ?iDivert? softkey  to transfer the call to voicemail.

4.       In the voicemail profile configured hunt pilot to send calls to survey, It works fine in hard phones but in Jabber unable to achieve it so far.

Conditions:
idivert feature on jabber. After finishing the conversation Jabber user has to hit the iDivert softkey  to transfer the call to voicemail.
