Description (partial)

Symptom:
The steps to configure Data Sources for External HDS on PCCE 4K and 12K do not note if Host-to-IP is used for load balancing the Host name is case sensitive. This can lead to the Data Source testing as active but being unable to connect with the following error:
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The TCP/IP connection to the host AW-Primary, port 1433 has failed. Error: "AW-Primary. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.".
