Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber customer can get into the "yellow" color state in multiples ways (beyond custom messages).
They can be idle for some period - in which case the status goes to Away - likely will not respond to an Instant Message or Call in this state.
They can be on a call (phone is off hook) and so in this state may not be able to take your call
They can be in a meeting (reserved time in outlook) but could be available for a call or Instant Message.

Conditions:
Looking at Cisco Jabber - you can see the same color used for any of these scenarios by either:
- being idle - away from your PC for some period of time
- being on a call
- scheduling a meeting in outlook
