topology - asr9k host with NCS5002 satellite connected using Bundle ICL(THK & LSP line card) Bundle ICL offloaded policy got stuck at IN PROGRESS (LC WAIT). The error is permanent. Bundle ICL and satellite is connected, looks fine. This is seen after bulk interface flap, interfaces includes, host bundle ICL members and few satellite interfaces. Symptom: The Bundle ICL offloaded policy is not getting activated or applied. qos status shows stuck at LC wait. RP/0/RSP1/CPU0:asr-sat-host1#sh qos stat int be 60 nv Fri May 15 12:34:37.711 UTC Bundle-Ether60 direction input: Service Policy not installed Bundle-Ether60 Satellite: 600 output: icl Last Operation Attempted : ADD Status : IN PROGRESS (LC WAIT) RP/0/RSP1/CPU0:asr-sat-host1#sh policy-map interface be 60 nv Fri May 15 12:41:12.261 UTC Bundle-Ether60 direction input: Service Policy not installed Bundle-Ether60 direction output: Service Policy not installed RP/0/RSP1/CPU0:asr-sat-host1# Conditions: in 184.108.40.206I DT image - asr9k host with NCS5k satellite and Bundle ICL and QoS offloaded Policy applied. Trigger: did fibmgr & ifmgr restart in all location. and then bulk interface flap. The interfaces are from host bundle ICL members and few satellite interfaces. ICL members are THK & LSP line card.
