Description (partial)

The customer wants end users to see support links. So, he is changing in Settings > help and support. He is trying to include a guide link, a FAQs link and a support URL. After saving the changes the end users cannot see the info. We tested in Classic view and it works fine. However, this feature is not working in Modern View.

The behavior for "Branding > Help and Support" when "Use customized help" option is selected is different for users in Modern View.
All information and links to How-to videos, User guides, FAQs, Support contact URL should be added to the "Contact Information:" section.
