Cisco Bug: CSCvu26271 - IPv6 trap rcvr address not seen when debugging SNMP all enable

Symptom: Not seeing IPv6 SNMP trap receiver address showing up when issuing "debug snmp all enable" on 8.5MR161. This was seen on three different controller types, WLC-5508, WLC-5520 and WLC-8510. Output look something like the following: (5508-1) debug snmp all enable *SNMPTask: Apr 24 12:22:45.626: [PA] SNMPD: Sending SNMP packet to , out_packet_len = 324 *SNMPTask: Apr 24 12:22:45.627: [PA] SNMPD: Packet from: , in_packet_len = 71 *SNMPTask: Apr 24 12:22:45.627: [PA] SNMPD: calling srDoSnmp. *SNMPTask: Apr 24 12:22:45.627: [PA] SNMPD: received get-bulk pdu *SNMPTask: Apr 24 12:22:45.627: [PA] SNMPD:calling do_response: Conditions: Seen only when using IPv6 as an SNMP trap receiver, if using IPv4 the SNMP trap receiver address is visible.
