Description (partial)

Symptom:
- Calendar connectors is working fine after reboot
- The connector works for 4 - 5 hours after the reboot
- Calendar invitations with @meet and @webex do not decorate meeting invitations
- If reactivate the calendar service at user level, the user Hybrid calendar hangs on "Pending activation"

Conditions:
The issue is occurred when customer is using Hybrid Calendar Connector with Exchange On-prem. The issue is not isolated to a particular version of the connector
