Symptom:
NAM crash observed with unexpected EAP-FAST PAC provisioning success.

Conditions:
1. Pre-deploy install/upgrade to 4.9.
2. Using the NAM profile editor, configure NAM to use before logon and SSO.
3. Save the above as configuration.xml Save this as configuration.xml in C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client\Network Access Manager\newConfigFiles.
4. Restart NAM service and ensure that configuration.xml in C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client\Network Access Manager\system folder is replaced.
5. Ensure that Connection to the network is successful.
6. Restart the machine.
7. Login using SSO. Observe a NAM crash file intermittently.
