Cisco Bug: CSCvu25323 - EPG pair limit check per Requirement: Wrong in 4.1.2 Release Notes

Last Modified

May 19, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Network Assurance Engine

Known Affected Releases

4.1(2)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The current NAE Scalability guide for "EPG pair limit check per Requirement (includes both directions)" is not correct.

NAE 4.1.2 scale is as following:

1000: The scale limit is applicable if the compliance requirement flag`enable_info_events` is set to false using Cisco NAE REST APIs.

500: The scale limit is applicable for number of VIOLATED EPG pairs if the compliance requirement flag`enable_info_events` is set to true using Cisco NAE REST APIs.

NOTE: In this latter case, the scale switches to Tenants, and 50 Tenants are supported. In addition, no info events are generated for EPGs that conform to the compliance rule. You will only see violations.
