Description (partial)

Symptom:
When call handlers are set to route the call immediately to a specified extension without playing any greeting, the call transfer from Unity may occur while CUCM is still handling call processing on the other end. 
This is a feature request to have the possibility of adding a timer for the call forward to happen when more time is needed for call processing on the other end.

Conditions:
Call Handlers with Transfer Action set to transfer calls to Extension or URI, no previous greeting played.
