Description (partial)

Symptom:
Connectivity to devices connected to an MDS fabric (non-modular) switch cannot be established. Fcping from remote switches to these devices does not work. You may observe crashes of lc_port_channel process in the syslog whenever a configuration change of a port-channel is attempted:

%PORT-CHANNEL-5-FOP_CHANGED: port-channel201: first operational port changed from fc1/1 to fc1/2
%PORT-CHANNEL-5-PORT_DOWN: port-channel201: fc1/1 is down
%SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "lc_port_channel" (PID 4032) hasn't caught signal 11 (core will be saved).
%PORT-CHANNEL-5-FOP_CHANGED: port-channel201: first operational port changed from fc1/2 to none
%PORT-CHANNEL-5-PORT_DOWN: port-channel201: fc1/2 is down
%PORT-5-IF_DOWN_PORT_CHANNEL_MEMBERS_DOWN: %$VSAN 1%$ Interface port-channel201 is down (No operational members)
%SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "lc_port_channel" (PID 12668) hasn't caught signal 11 (core will be saved).
%PORT-CHANNEL-5-FOP_CHANGED: port-channel201: first operational port changed from none to fc1/1
%SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "lc_port_channel" (PID 12766) hasn't caught signal 11 (core will be saved).

Conditions:
This issue affects only MDS fabric switches from 9100, 9200 and 9300 product lines that are connected to the rest of the fabric via one or more port-channels. The key indicator for this software defect is invalid bundle-index 65535 for a port-channel.
