Description (partial)

Symptom:
Segment Routing traffic drops after LC reload, with MADJ.
This happens because mpls gets disabled on the interface which has MADJ configured for it.

In the below example, GigabitEthernet0/2/0/3 is enabled as primary interface in Area 0 and as MADJ in Area 1.

Before LC reload:
RP/0/0/CPU0:r1#show mpls interfaces
Thu May 14 13:12:35.995 IST
Interface LDP Tunnel Static Enabled
-------------------------- -------- -------- -------- --------
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/0 No No No Yes
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/1 No No No Yes
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/2 No No No Yes
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/3 No No No Yes
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/4 No No No Yes
RP/0/0/CPU0:r1#

After LC reload:
RP/0/0/CPU0:r1#show mpls interfaces
Thu May 14 13:14:20.552 IST
Interface LDP Tunnel Static Enabled
-------------------------- -------- -------- -------- --------
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/0 No No No Yes
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/1 No No No Yes
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/2 No No No Yes
GigabitEthernet0/2/0/4 No No No Yes
