Description (partial)

Symptom:
A tcpd core file will be observed, core can be checked using the command "show crash".
This would not have any impact on the traffic as the device is anyway going down for a reboot.

Conditions:
The device has been handling TCP connections that are being optimized by TCP (TCP-OPT), if the device is rebooted in this case [because of reboot command or device is upgraded or critical process has gone down (which will trigger a reboot of the device)].
