Symptom: Prime Infrastructure 3.8 may become unable to see the AP or Client count from a Catalyst 9800 eWLC, because the telemetry BIPC between the 9800 and Prime Infrastructure's Coral service gets stuck. eWLC#show telemetry internal protocol cntp-tcp c c q Telemetry protocol connector queue counters: Protocol : cntp-tcp Queue max len : 256000000 Packets count : 190470 --> Queue is stuck High watermark: 255999769 At The same time, Coral shows: :Ex-Renderer Stats: Connected,No Congested,No Number of retries,1 Number of disconnects,1 IPC state,EXR_IPC_STATE_CONNECTING --> Connecting state IPC Type,EXR_IPC_TYPE_TCP Conditions: This was observed in the normal operation of Prime Infrastructure and the eWLC.
