Description (partial)

Symptom:
When VLN Ironport anti-spam license expires, reputation engine will be disabled. With the Reputation Engine disabled, SenderBase Reputation Score (SBRS) lookups will not be performed, and instead you will see lines such as the following in the logs:

22 Apr 2020 18:54:08 (GMT +01:00)	(ICID 9212190) ACCEPT sender group SUSPECTLIST match not.double.verified SBRS not enabled sender IP [IP Address] country not enabled

Conditions:
This issue only occurs when the Anti-Spam license expires on the Virtual Email Security Appliance (ESAv).
