Symptom:
VLAN port count optimization inheritance override not working.

UCS central continues to try to disable VLAN port count optimization despite it being set to yes via inheritance override:

root domain group has "VLAN port count optimization" disabled
sub domain group has "VLAN port count optimization" enabled via override
Customer introduces a new domain with 32,000+ vlan port count into the sub domain
