Symptom:
In EPNM 4.1 I104 build 282, I see some problems that below info of NCS2K Device displayed in Device / Wired Module Detail Report don' t match EPNM Inventory Network Devices and Device 360 page

Q3, Missing Modules in Module Information of Wired Detailed Device Inventory Report.
Q5, Wrong NCS2K Part Number in Wired Module Detail Report
Q6, Missing NCS2K Modules in Wired Module Detail Report

Reproduce Steps:
1)	Login EPNM 4.1 I104 build 282, add NCS2K and enable Interface Health monitoring policy
2)	Go to Reports / Device / Wired Module Detailed report, to create a report 
3)	Click Run and Save, get report result, you will see the module entry number doesn't match the number of Inventory Device Details Page, which is a problem.
4)     Meanwhile, in the report result, you will see the NCS2K Part Number doesn't match the Part Number displayed in the Inventory Device Details Page, which is the other problem.
