Symptom:
CLI process restarts when configuring lawful intercept default timeout for tcp connection retry timer

Conditions:
1. Lawful intercept configuration with source address present in LI context with timeout values for tcp delivery

lawful-intercept tcp connection-retry-timer 5

2. Apply CLI configuration to change the connection-retry-timer to default value
