Cisco Bug: CSCvu21350 - Error : 143 Intercom Default Device cannot be a Device Profile or BAT Template

Then Bulk Admin> Upload/Download> Select the file exported> Download. 2) Open the txt file and confirm that one of the profiles has a phone under the column "Default Activated Device 1" 3) Apply the changes to the file (.txt) and then upload it to the CUCM. Bulk > UDP > Insert UDP> Check "Insert User Device Profiles All Details" then select the uploaded file> check "Override the existing configuration"> Run immediately. 4) Navigate to Bulk Administration> Job Scheduler. The error will be shown in the report. Note: The issue happens even if you do not add/ modify any attribute in the txt file, the only condition is to have something configured under the "Default Activated Device 1" column.
