Description (partial)

Symptom:
The certificate verification fails when the OCSP responder does not support the SHA-256 hash algorithm.
The OCSP responder must support the SHA-256 hash algorithm. If it is not supported, the OCSP revocation check and the certificate validation will fail.

Conditions:
- Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) enabled
- Expressway running X12
