Description (partial)

Finesse agents may not be able to add attachments to emails.  The following error will be shown, "Could not upload attachments. Reduce the size or number of attachments and try again."

Agents using liteagent are able to add attachments.

Agents on Finesse after upgrading ECE 11.6(1) to ES9a.

This seems to affect deployments where the DNS domain of Finesse is not the same as the DNS domain of the ECE web server.
