Description (partial)

SSH to the vsmart/vbond/edges does not work properly.
When gcm ciphers are used at the client machine, ssh connections to vsmarts, vbond and vedges does not work.

Issue started with 19.2 and above.
When issue happens, there is a log message saying libcrypto failed under auth.log of ssh server (vsmarts, vbond or vedges).

Client using GCM ciphers alone or somehow is that is the best found cipher between the client and server.
This issue does not happen when any other cipher is used like ctr.
