Jun 16, 2020
- Cisco Content Security Management Appliance
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Centralized reporting is enabled on SMA. When WSA has incorrect time set so it will generate reporting data with the wrong time. During the file retrieving process, SMA detects the reporting files are "too old" thus discards them. This is correct behavior. However, SMA does not automatically delete them on WSA, so it will retrieve the same files indefinitely every minute. This does not impact SMA regular operation. but fix is needed to improve efficiency. Conditions: 1) When centralized reporting is enabled on SMA 2) WSA has incorrect time setting beyond valid reporting date range.
