Description (partial)

Symptom:
When deploy CSR1000v by using ISO image on vmware esxi hosts. After the installation, the CSRs were put in production but the ISO is still attached to the virtual CDROM for the CSR. The problem is that the CSR is keeping a lock on the virtual drive so when we attempt to disconnect the ISO from the hypervisor side, the VM goes into suspend mode until the question about whether we want to bypass the mount lock is answered. This obviously causes an outage to the traffic passing through the CSR.

Conditions:
using CD-ROM for installation with ISO image.
