Description (partial)

Symptom:
When CTS role-based enforcement is enabled and hardware access-list resource pooling is enabled on module, and IPv6 ACL is applied to an interface, traffic flowing through that interface is not being controlled by cts policy enforcement.

Conditions:
CTS role-based enforcement and IPv6 ACL applied to interface.
