Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Layer 3 health group destination has both the old and new entry after a service bridge domain is moved from one VRF table to another VRF table.

Conditions:
This issue is seen when there are multiple redirect policies associated to the same bridge domain. Now, when the VRF table of the bridge domain is changed, the svcredirhealthgrpDest for the old VRF table is not deleted in the ToR switch.
