Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to import CTI Routepoint with overwrite option

Conditions:
Goto ccmadmin - Device - CTI route points - create many cti routepoints - with DN/without DN

Goto BAT - Import/Export - Export - check CTI Routepoint - click check dependency - Run immediately - SUbmit

Download the exported tar file and Upload it.

Delete the created CTI route points from find and list CTI route point page.

Go to BAT - Import/Export - Import - select the uploaded file - Click next - Select all (without selecting overwrite) and run the job.

Now again import the files with overwrite option. Some CTI routepoints are failing with Cannot insert a null into column (device.fkmatrix_presence).

Have attached the tar file. Kindly use the same tar to reproduce the issue.(Import this tar without overwrite and again import it with overwrite option)
