Description (partial)

Symptom:
the 'no default SVI gateway' parameter is set from a MSC template configuration even if this is not supposed to.

Conditions:
Schema1/Template1 has VRF/BD/Contracts/ExtEpg (as contract consumer) stretched to Site-1 and Site-2. the BD are not L2 stretched and each site has its own subnet.
Schema2/Template1 has EPG-1 (as contract provider) on Site-1 and Schema2/Template2 has EPG-2 (as contract provider) on Site-2.
MSO pushes the subnet flags to both site the same. While in one site this is correct, on the other this results in wrong BD subnet settings.
