Description (partial)

Symptom:
After updating Cisco DNA Center's certificate, the "ip http source interface" configuration may be overwritten by  with the interface associated with the device discovery IP address. This may cause Assurance connections to fail to eWLC devices, as the source interface configured by Cisco DNA Center might not have access to the external CRL server, in case a third party certificate is used in Cisco DNA Center.

Conditions:
This was observed where the "ip http source interface" was configured before device discovery, or before a Cisco DNA Center certificate update.
