Description (partial)

When Cisco DNA Center's certificate is updated, configurations like the DNAC-CA trustpoint, certificate and "ip http source-interface" are pushed to managed devices, even if Device Controllability is turned off.

This was observed in an eWLC device which was discovered with Device Controllability turned off, and Device controllability continues to be turned off, while Cisco DNA Center's certificate was updated.
