Issue
===
IF  CP-TEP and DP-TEP of SR-MPLS infra l3-out configured same as PTEP then PTEP gets deleted on deleting SR-MPLS infra l3-out- This cause LEAF out of serivice

Workaround
======

Don't configure CP-TEP and DP-TEP value from Fabric TEP pool range

Symptom:
A border leaf goes inactive / out-of-service after deleting a SR-MPLS Infra L3Out from it.

Conditions:
The CP-TEP (EVPN Loopback) and DP-TEP (MPLS Transport Loopback) were configured equal to the border leaf PTEP.
