Symptom:
In Webex Events:
When panelist joins back to main VoIP from practice session, all attendees and other panelist can't hear when panelist speaking

In Webex Meetings:
VoIP audio may be redirected during dynamic change causing other participants to be unable to hear.

Conditions:
Root Cause
In server side, if one meeting involved more than 1 servers, one server will be selected as filter server which is responsible for select active speaker, other server will forward audio packets received from client to this selective server. And the selective server was dynamically changed based one some algorithm. Due to some defect in server code, the server which host joined didn't set the right selective server, which lead to audio packets received from the host was forward to the wrong selective server and thus was dropped by that wrong selective server
