Description (partial)

Symptom:
A router running an IOS-XE may experience a crash when a user exits an SSH session after one or more users had very recently made TACACS configuration changes via SSH.

Conditions:
TACACS configuration changes were made via SSH seconds or minutes prior to a concurrent SSH session logging out.

This bug is very rare to hit and requires very specific timing of events.
