Description (partial)

Symptom:
On ASR9K SIP 700 LC, Customer observed CPP ucode crash on egress side due to abort() system call invoking on data plane of CPP. Issue happened in Customer node only and issue occurrence is random and occurs without any trigger or error messages on the node. Trigger part is not known. Issue not reproducible in local/CALO node. Customer node has mpls MLDP multicast configs with multiple output streams.

Conditions:
Frequent (or) Aggressive flap on interface with fragmented packet traffic
