Description (partial)

Cisco DNA Center successfully configures QoS on switches and routers at sites. After approximately 50 minutes, Cisco DNA Center logged onto the routers and switches and removed the QoS configuration. Application Policy Deployment Status in Cisco DNA Center changes to "0/0 Devices Provisioned". No one was making changes in Cisco DNA Center it removed the config.

This was observed in Cisco DNA Center version, managing ISR4221 routers running IOS-XE version 16.6.5, and Catalyst 9300 switches versions running IOS-XE 16.10.1e, 16.6.5, and 16.12.2t.
