Description (partial)

Symptom:
CMAND crash on 9300 fabric edge/WLC/FIAB node(s) with longevity tests with scale system. The issue is seen only when FIPS is enabled.

Conditions:
scale setup with FIPS and fabric enabled 9300. The problem occurs when system is up for more than 2-3 days under moderate to high client join/roam activity. It has been observed so far that this crash can be seen with any process crash since there is file corruption happening which is causing the crash.
