Symptom: M5 servers are stuck during boot, looping in at "Testing Memory" after BIOS Upgrade Conditions: This issue is recently introduced regression in 4.0(4h) and 4.1(1c) UCSM bundle releases. Following BIOS releases are impacted, so any customer who is trying to upgrade to below BIOS may see this issue. The version, 4.0(4h) is explicitly required by the version of HX (3.5(2h)) being deployed.
