Description (partial)

Symptom:
When user deletes a persistent chat room (or try to delete it), Jabber application freezes and the problem report page is opened to generate PRT then Jabber logs out (essentially shutting down).

Conditions:
Create Chat room and join.
Attempt to delete chat room:
- click the information icon next to the chat room name
- select "Delete room" and "OK" to confirm.
Jabber freezes, PRT window appears.
After generating PRT the application shuts down and user have to log back in.
