Symptom: Unable to remove the filtered Contact Session IDs in CAR reports post applying the filter to report. Conditions: Defect has been determined while performing following action on CAR reports. 1.Create a CAR Visualization 2.Select Real-time and add Profile variables Agent Name ,Agent Session ID ,Contact Session ID with Values 3.Add Filter with Contact Session ID, add a session id and save 4.Try to remove the contact session id, unable to perform this task.
