Symptom:
Strange MAC addresses being populated on the AP Lists for locations under Wireless Basic Set up. 

Behavior is seen either under the GUI (AP provisioning --> Aps on this location) or in CLI after typing the next command: alfoorti_ewlc#show ap location details TEST

Conditions:
+ Adding more that 25+ MAC addresses under the Wireless Basic Set up -- > AP provision. issue doesnt appear if MAC address list is less than 25 being added

+ Issue happens either adding 25+ MAC manually or by a CSV file.
