Description (partial)

Upgrade ASA to a major version

Symptom:
ASA will keep in an infinite loop after upgrade to a major version

Conditions:
After upgrading an ASA to a major version and after apply the reload command will show the next output:
Process shutdown finished
Rebooting... (status 0x9)
