Description (partial)

Symptom:
When customer is trying to set dhcp client default router distance 1 on a sub interface on the cEdge it does not implement the command on the device, cEdge 1610.3a and vManage 18.4.302+18.4.303

Conditions:
When needing this distance for static routing to take preference in the local route table customer needs to implement this command as per design
